Executive coaching
I work as an external executive coach in both private and third-sector organisations.
​
The coaching space is more valuable than ever for organisational leaders, considering the fast-paced and complex environments within which they are working. Stress and overwhelm can seriously impact an individual's performance, well-being and health over time, and have a knock-on effect on their team and business as a whole.
As a coach, I support business executives and organisational leaders to enhance their thinking and creativity, hone their leadership skills, overcome barriers to performance and develop the resilience and mindset required to succeed in their roles.

Leaders who have the space to pause, gain perspective and re-engage their critical thinking skills will be in a far better position to support themselves, their people and the organisation overall to achieve future success in the most challenging of environments.

Team Coaching
When coaching I support the team members to create an environment of trust and psychological safety where they are better able to think and make progress as a team within their areas of focus. This can be invaluable for teams who may need support in areas such as conflict management, enhancing collaboration, overcoming a specific challenge or defining a new vision and strategy for success.

Facilitation
As a facilitator, I work with leaders and their teams to support them to gain a clear understanding of the outcomes they want to achieve from their session, and hold the space for them on the day to achieve this together.
